Description
I was experimenting with "oozles"; a watercolor technique where areas are left white, water is put down and the color is invited to bleed into the white area. It reminded me of irises, thus the name! The painting has a very nice home in the Tehachapi Mountains in California. It still looks as fresh as the day I did it!
