The Porsche logo is not in the middle of the cover...I have always been proud to show my previous Porsche phone covers ...this one looks like a mistake...can you fix it?

Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
Materials Used: Three different piece of collage paper, Kraft paper painted white, drawing paper painted green, and old book pages from “Picture Maker.” On 140lb. watercolor paper, gloss medium, glazing medium, black and van dyke brown, Neo color II crayons, black stabile pencil, white acrylic paint, image transfers of women and tree sealed with UV satin Varnish.
Meaning behind the art: I started this Tack Down Tuesday piece on Sunday and the image transfer I was creating didn’t work….so smeared on some white acrylic paint of the first image transfer and then let it dry overnight. Walked away from it, not giving up, just stopping, and let it be what it was. Part of the process of the TDT is for me the artist to explore and expand on ideas and emotions at the time I show up. Bio Laura Lein-Svencner was raised in Downers Grove IL not far from her grandfathers farm and resides now Darien Illinois for the past 30 years. Shes continued with her personal studies in drawing, printmaking, sculpture, papermaking and collage. Seeking inspiration from one artist to another, Laura has pursued her love of paper; this steady pace of exploration has led her to become a member of many local and international collage groups. She also co-founded the Midwest Collage Society which exhibits throughout the Midwest region. Her works has won many awards and most recently the 27th Annual Juried Exhibit with the National Collage Society.
