More suet please! The cold really brings out all sorts of birds in winter in the blue ridge mountains. This female pileated woodpecker is looking for her favorite winter treat (home made peanut butter suet). We help the birds through the cold winters and the birds in return give us hours of enteratinment. Studies have shown that birds that are fed during the winter have a better survival rate than those that don't. We're more than happy to help too.

A little about me: I was born and raised in California and Oregon so being outdoors was always an important part of my life.
