Hubert H. Humphrey Bridge
Several years ago, I was invited to submit some studies for paintings of Cocoa Village in Florida. This was one of the three that I did.
This is Cocoa Riverfront Park along the Indian River. The Hubert H. Humphrey Bridge is in the background. It is part of SR 520. It connects Cocoa on the mainland to Merritt Island in the background. The park has a water fountain playground where children play. This waterfront recreation area features a boardwalk, amphitheater, covered pavilions and a playground. Benches are located throughout so that you can relax and watch people or feed the squirrels and birds. Various festivals and shows are often held there. I used to participate in art shows there.
