This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

Horse-drawn trams outside St George's Hall, Liverpool, UK. Horse-drawn trams operated in Liverpool between 1865 and 1902. The last few years overlapped with the introduction of electric trams, which began in 1898. This photochem print is from circa 1890-1900.
