I frequently paint symbols in my work but conceal them. As I worked on this, I was aware something was waiting to go into the top right corner -- and thought it was going to be Buddha. But as I worked, I could clearly see the feminine aspect of Buddha, Kwan Yin, was evolving. I love this as it is the time of the healing energy of the divine feminine coming more present on the planet.

Artist Ruth Drayer is a colorist. She paints from her love of working with color -- which speaks a wordless language that raises consciousness.
