I have ridden past this hedgeapple tree on my bike rides many times but this time it caught my attention. The early morning sunlight lit the apples and the reaching tree branches in a way that made it all look so alive. It looks like the apples are in a state of prayer under the mother tree. I brought this image into Photoshop to add a painterly texture to the image. Click to see it closer.
