An afternoon watching heavy rains approach Solana Beach from the ocean in North County San Diego. Moss covered rock formations rested in the still water of salty pools left by low tide. As the sun set thick clouds lit up in beautiful shades of yellow, pink and purple.

We are getting rain here in the Bay Area too. Good for us California! It has been a dry season so far but I am happy get some rain or cold weather to kill some garden/forest insects.
