Happy Little Bees by Joan Stratton - A sky full of Australian native little black bees, the patterns of Weipa, Queensland, Australia.

These lovely little black bees (harmless native Australian bees) do not have a sting and are about the size of a small fly. We have a couple of nests of them under our house. When I leave paintings outside to dry they love to steal the reds and yellows, I don't know what they do with it but they keep coming back and their back legs are covered in paint. They strip the paint and leave little paintings as they go :)
