Victoria, known as the "Garden City," decorates its downtown lamp-posts with hundreds of hanging baskets from June to September every year. We were fortunate to have been in Victoria in early September. The baskets still adorned the city as they overflowed in happy, vivid colors like these.
Note the inclusion of the three elements of a well-designed planter: a thriller, a filler, and a spiller.
