The key in the description of the fractal concept is self-similarity. The fractal system repeats the configuration of the whole system within the general form or, with some changes, replicates the pattern infinitely. We are constantly meeting with fractals in nature. For example, stones, mountains, crystals, plants, clouds, waves, ice, islands, continents, the surface landscape of the planet and the bottom of the world's oceans, star, planetary and molecular systems, the structure of man, animals, the microcosm ... Similarity could be an absolutely accurate pattern of reproduction. Fractal art exists for a long time, subconsciously in non-digital forms and up to the era of computers. One may find it looking at the paintings of Leonardo da Vinci, K. Hokusai or M. Escher.
