It was after a big rain the night before. The sand was still damp in places. There were clouds in the sky and when the sun played around in and out of them, the dunes got some lovely light and shadow patterns. Thanks so much for the lovely comment, David.

Yes, there are actually three groups of three people. One of the nicest things about this park in my opinion is how very accessible it is. You are encouraged to climb and slide and roll down the dunes. They are constantly re-forming. The ecology of this little area is amazing.
