I've seen the photo of the Harrington Meetinghouse in Wikipedia. It was barely recognizable. I also saw other photos that weren't nearly as nice as this one.

I can't believe that I'm the first person commenting on your lovely photo. I've ordered this several times as a note card. This is the Harrington Meeting House. Sometimes it appears as one word, 'Meetinghouse.' It's located in Lincoln County and not far from Pemaquid Point. You couldn't have picked a better subject for your photo. A little bit about Harrington: "The Harrington Meeting House is a historic colonial meeting house at 278 Harrington Road in Bristol, Maine. Built in 1772 and moved to its present site in 1775, it is one of the town's original three meeting houses." The one in Walpole is still there. There was one in Round Pond. A Methodist church in Round Pond that closed a couple years ago (after 160 years) is undegoing extensive work and is to be renamed the Round Pond Meeting House. There were only 11 parisioners left at the time the church closed. A news article in the Lincoln County News said that the church was once a very active, vibrant church that was full to overflowing. I'm paraphrasing as I don't have it in front of me.
