Grand Canyon is a magnificent sight to see. For thousands of years Colorado River was carving its way through this part of Arizona, forming the steep sides of the canyon, remodelling walls, exposing history of geological formations. The canyon is 446 km long and up to 29 km wide. Native Americans have lived in the area for thousands of years. Beautiful landscape, that looks completely different depending on the lighting condition, time of the day and the season. No matter when you see it, it is striking and unforgettable place.
