This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

Artist's Description

Contaminated plant culture. Culture of plant tissue in a biotechnology laboratory being damaged by fungal contamination. The white and blue fungus is smothering the plants. The contamination occurred because the culture was not kept under sterile conditions. The fungus is feeding on the nutritious gel which acts as a soil substitute for the plants. These plants are clones grown from fragments of a single parent" plant in a process known as micropropagation."
