FAA WATERCOLOR MARK DOES NOT APPEAR ON FINAL SALES
While I was down on my boat which was docked in the marina in Freeport, New York located on the south shore of Long Island I went to bed around 12:00am in anticipation of getting up early for some fishing with some friends. As I was in the bed on the boat I had all of the curtains drawn but there was a light that was coming right through part of the curtain, and annoying me as I was trying to get to bed. I thought it might have been one of the other boaters going out for some night time fishing and shining a flashlight around. So I went up to my deck and I could not believe how bright and full the moon was that night over Long Island, I know that they had mentioned that the tide was going to be high because of the moon but I did not know the moon was going to be so visible. So I ran down into my galley and grabbed my camera, put on my zoom lens and went out on to the finger of the dock so I could be right up against one of the pilings and lean on that. I took several photos from there then I moved up to my bow and stood on the front on my bow that was 7 feet higher then the dock's finger. Took some more shots and by the time I was finished had 28 photos taken some with clouds others without. To me taking this photo at 1:00am down on the water came out great. I have had everyone say they see a face, or a bat or a bird with wings.
