Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

I loved the card. Message inside was perfect (just like I requested) Only comment - the picture seemed too large for the card (glue showing on the side) Next time I will down size the picture. Originally designed as a City of Chicago Fireboat, the “Fred A. Busse” was built in Bay City, Michigan in 1937 and is similar to two other fire fighting vessels, the Victor Schlaeger and the Joseph Medill, constructed in Sturgeon Bay shortly after World War II. It served the Chicago Fire Department for many years and now houses a small museum dedicated to Chicago’s firefighting efforts. The Busse was named for the 32nd mayor of Chicago. Built in 1936 by the Defoe Shipbuilding Company of Bay City, Michigan, she is 92 feet in length with a beam width of 23 feet and depth of 8 feet. The Busse is depicted here as she would have looked in the early 1980s at rest along the Chicago River. Now retired from many years of hard work as an active fire boat, she now serves as a tour boat in Wisconsin's Door County.
Artist Statement: Carol and Roy Toepke are a senior husband wife photography team living in NE Wisconsin. They are photographers and conservation artists. They believe photography is a rewarding way to explore and discover the world. They travel the globe "collecting moments, not things” and “have stories to tell” through their images.
