I was not able to make an exact identification on this little flycatcher. Many migrate through the area and they all have two wing bars and an eye ring. My resources mention that identification depends on voice, behavior, and subtle differences in size, bill shape, primary projection, and tail length. This bird did not say a word, but sat very still for as long as I wanted to get right in his face to photo him. I was delighted beyond measure.
