As I was sitting on the beach watching the sun begin to set over the horizon, the sky began to turn from an orange color to an intense red. As I shot the sunset the sun itself looked like a fireball with its intense yellow glowing up into the clouds. You can also see in the distance the foggy steam starting to develop behind the trees in the Buckhorn Wilderness area of the Olympic mountain forest. It was another one of those sunsets which will always take your breath away...
