Bromeliads are mainly tropical American native plants occurring naturally in a wide range of sizes, shapes and foliage colors. Many bromeliads are epiphytes situated in the forks of tree branches. The pineapple is a commercially produced bromeliad.
About Margaret Saheed
While photography has always been a passion, my painting adventure began after visiting a wildlife art exhibition in Melbourne, Australia. Exploring ways to create colorful contemporary images featuring animals, flowers and other elements of nature was a new venture for me. Now I am studying the exciting creation of digital paintings. Having graduated from Melbourne University with a BA(Hons) specialising in international relations, I am interested in portraying the world's exotic species.
