I had gone to this spot hoping for a good sunset the previous few days but all to no avail as it was fully overcast those days. I had one day left at the park and on the last evening I set up hoping for a decent sunset to show for my current and past efforts. Well when I saw the sky light up with drama on a scale that is not too common, I knew that it was worth it.
