I got a late start heading to the lake this evening and thought that I had a fully charged back up battery with me. Wrong! my extra battery was almost dead but I was able to save enough power to capture this dramatic sunset over the lake. I did miss the most beautiful colors after the sun had set. Lesson learned, always make sure my batteries are actually fully charged.
