Does the person walk the dog, or the dog walk the person? A man walks with his boxer dog under a grand and large elm tree at Springfield Lake Park in Springfield Missouri, United States. What a great way to spend a beautiful spring day. Kind of looks like the dog is walking him! Photo taken during the spring season on a beautiful and quiet evening. I love the cool character of the trunk. There are many differently species of Elm trees. I'm not sure which type this is but it is in the Ulmaceae family and Ulmus genus. They are prone to get Dutch elm disease so it's a beautiful site to see one get this large in size.
