Description

I absolutely adore this piece! It's one of those paintings that continues to delight me each time I pass it by on the wall. For one thing, it's got a lot of interesting texture, as it was painted with oils on top of plastered wood. It wrinkles in places, and is smooth and shiny in other places. It FEELS like the ocean, like cavorting in the waves, like having fun and being in joy. I love the dance here, and the colors and light!
