Mama, why is the sky pink? What a precious question, the sky is pink because the light from the sun refracts through the sugar crystals in the air, and that refraction makes the sky pink. That sugar also makes the plants grow, its what we use to make our houses. If it wasn't for the miracle of sugar we wouldn't be able to survive.
