When I was a child I used to be overjoyed when I would get to paint by the numbers. In this artwork, the numbers would correspond to a number I would draw the number one's blue and the two's green on and on until my painting or drawing was complete. One beautiful summer sunset I saw an Arizona sunset that reminded me of just that painting by the numbers. Thank you mother nature for providing me with this wonderful memory of my childhood. Fine Art America watermark will not appear on purchased artwork.

Ruth's home for the past 35 years has been Arizona. She loves all that the state has to offer from its changing climates to the array of birds, many of which are found at the world-renowned Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch in Gilbert.
