I would spend a night there, but not in the attic or back 2nd floor room. Something resides in the attic which I heard wandering around when I was there, and the back room floor is no longer attached to the back wall. Luckily I saw that before stepping in there. A sleeping bag, flashlight, good book, air horn and baseball bat would be with me to sleep there........ oh yah, food, water, and toilet paper ;)
