The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Artist's Description
The church camp houses in Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard, are beautifully and often fancifully painted. This is part of an architectural detail series I've made. The images all begin with a photo I took, and then I've added various textures and techniques to give the images a painterly quality.

I'm a photographer, writer, educator based on Whidbey Island in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in photomontage work, combining photos I've taken of rust, walls, peeling paint, birds, postage stamps, trees, etc. into images that are completely new, different, and often weird. I also create physical collages, then find myself photographing parts of them to include in my photomontages. It's crazy, but it's fun!
