This was created using two differnt software programs for background and oil painting. The cat was actually photographed sitting in the store window of a local area quick shop. He was very cute just sitting there when I shot this. The surrounding area wasn't too good so I changed the background and then did an oil painting. I also have this same shot without the oil painting effect.
