Description
The "Caged Ambition" artwork represents the creative spirit locked away by structure. It expresses the royalty of imagination being suppressed by forces outside of itself. This piece was created during my career as a Youth Leader at a Mental Health Facility in Columbus, Ohio. I taught the use of oil pastels as a coping skill for traumatized adolescents.
