This a final photo of my cactus plant I have growing on my balcony after rescuing it fairly recently from being thrown out by neighbours. When I first rescued it, it had one magnificent bloom which actually inspired the rescue and now only a month later it has six bloom much to my astonishment and surprise. This photo was taken early morning and by afternoon the hot Australian summer sun had caused these beautiful blossoms to wilt and die. Never the less, I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been gifted with this site and this lovely photo.
