I personally love the outdoors, and the mountains. As a family, I remember as a young boy we went up to the mountains many times, and we would often look for waterfalls.

Over the years I've had many personal mountain retreats, just to get away with the Lord. This painting depicts a place that I would love to be seeking the face of the Lord. Jesus often went to the mountains just to get away.

This painting is very beautiful! I feel like I am there! Though, the atmosphere of the cabin in the woods looks and feels very positve, energetic and warm, I can smell and feel the cold freshness in the air from the snow on the mountain tops and the river water!
