I had an opportunity to capture the Key Bridge on a foggy and frigid February 5, 2011 just before our cruise ship passed under her. The Key Bridge (also known as the Francis Scott Key Bridge and the Outer Harbor Bridge) is a continuous truss bridge that spans 1,200 feet (366 m) over the Patapsco River in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. It is the third longest span of any continuous truss in the world and carries an estimated 11.5 million vehicles annually.
