Description
Blueberry and Banana Soup
-----
I made this delicious soup for lunch today. Ingredients used are: fresh bluberries, banana, milk, and some sugar. It's best served chilled, especially in summer or spring, when it's warm and one wants something refreshing but still nutritious for food. This soup is very colorful, full of vitamins, and, of course very tasty. This means it is enjoyable snack for both children and grown ups.

Thanks to everyone who took time to visit this image and left votes and kind comments. I appreciate it. One more tip to those who'd like to try and make this soup: wild strawberries and pears go well with blueberries too.
Debi Pople
looks interesting ... I think I'd prefer it as a smoothie, lol v
Ausra Huntington nee Paulauskaite replied:
If you like it more as a smoothie, you can always blend it to make a smoothie but the fun of this dish is to pop the berries in the mouth and feel the real taste of each fruit or berry.
Darren Robinson
I can't imagine the taste. I assume it's a cold soup? V
Ausra Huntington nee Paulauskaite replied:
Yes, Darren. It is a could one. As said in the description> best served chilled.
Terri Waters
Not sure on the taste but it looks soup - a :-)
Ausra Huntington nee Paulauskaite replied:
It's yummy! You should try to make it yourself, Terri. Just crash beries a little to make juices mix with milk.
