On a hot summer day, I hope that this painting will have a relaxing and cooling effect upon its viewer. This is a painting of the Blue River in the Gore mountain range high in the Rockies of Colorado. I could almost hear the white noise of the water as I painted this. Thank you to Steve Borzcik for sharing the photograph which inspired me.
