The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. A vintage movie poster reprint of ''Bird of Paradise'', a 1932 American pre-Code adventure drama film directed by King Vidor. The film stars Dolores del Río and Joel McCrea and is known for its exotic and romanticized portrayal of the South Seas and its exploration of forbidden love.
The story of "Bird of Paradise" is set on a remote island in the South Pacific and follows the character of Luana (played by Dolores del Río), a native islander and the daughter of the tribal chief. Luana is a beautiful and exotic young woman who captures the attention of Johnny Baker (played by Joel McCrea), a handsome young American who is shipwrecked on the island.
As Johnny becomes part of the island community, he falls in love with Luana, and their love is portrayed as passionate and forbidden due to cultural differences and the disapproval of Luana's tribe.
