The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
These Bird of Paradise plants and the Banana Plants behind them were growing outside the Condo we were staying at in Florida. I think they are the most tropical looking of all the flowers growing there.
About Richard Goohs
I am a retired factory worker from North East Ohio now living in rural South Carolina. I have been involved in arts and crafts of one form or another all my life. Currently I am doing decorative, painted wood carvings of fish and birds and painting in acrylics, gouache, pastels and colored pencils. I am the vice president of CLAW( Council of Lakeland Area Woodworkers) and a member of the Greenwood Artist Guild. My works are on display in four area art galleries. I do accept commisioned work for both woodcarvings and paintings.
