Thanks for the "V/F" Carol. No, I don't think it was a daylily leaf. At least I didn't see any flowers or buds. I think it was a type of tall grass or reed. I really hope some come your way. It seems to be a great spring for butterflies!!

Boy, you are right Kathy - I did have fun. This one wouldn't open his wings no matter how long I waited but the underside is gorgeous too so I was happy. Thanks for your kind comment and the "V/F".
