This is an original oil painting on canvas. At the museum, a man in a red cap is looking at a painting of a mother taking care of her child. (Notice the details on the painting he is looking at.)
Also, the man is wearing a red cap which attracts the eye to the museum painting, he is looking at. I painted this quickly in an impressionist style, even so, the museum piece appears detailed and polished. Have a look with the magnifier tool and you will see what I mean.
