The propaganda expert, spends his nights looking into the abyss of hidden information. Listening in to broadcasts late at night so he can decipher what new propaganda he hears, and perhaps create some new ones. This operator is listening to Axis News, a propaganda broadcast in its day. All messages are recorded on tape in international Morse code... Imagine the guy that has to untangle that mess.
