Description
Reviews on this piece:
"... this has got to be the most ambiguous painting Ive ever laid eyes on. I like that! Because this is clearly not an abstract piece, nor is it a symbolic piece or a specimen of craft. And the fact that the eyes see so many different & interesting things from this one piece, well that just blows my mind. It plays off the power of illusion very well. Maybe you have given birth to a new artform called illusional art. Kinda like the ''I see two faces looking at each other but yet I see a vase'' sort of thing. Anyway, this is something I would love to have hanging in my place, just so I can have fun watching my guests agonize over what it is. Beautiful piece! It made me smile. It is my wallpaper for the day..." --Jeau Stardeau
"Deborah Moon Moen's 'Amanda Dusk'. The reason why: because it really was a divine feeling for me, when I noticed the Aum sign above the person's head even before the picture had finished uploading. It was only after that it seemed to me to be a yogi sitting on top of a mountain in deep meditation. I only read the description from Deborah afterwards and noticed the image she had intended to showcase. It really sits deep within my being and that is why it is my favorite :)" -- Mona Saroya
Everyone sees something different in this photograph. Some see a neptune like man stepping into a prehistoric marshland. I intended Amanda who sit on a hedge row with a lacy cream blouse, a white ribbon in her hair, and wearing a red velvet floral skirt. Really nice responses from this piece which came from a mishappened picture of a water trough in the back pasture. What do you think it is?
