Description

This is a portrait of Brenda, 8 months after her husband and my friend, Jake (age 62), was hit by a car and killed. Months after this portrait was completed, I learned from a neighbor that Brenda's name was in the obituaries. When I checked there was just a short notice. I suspect suicide. She was 50 years old.
