Overlooking the wonderful beach at Carvoeiro. Situated roughly five kilometres south of Lagoa on the Algarve in Portugal is the picturesque town and beach of Carvoeiro. Also known as Praia de Carvoeiro, Carvoeiro is a small town filled with typically Portuguese buildings and nestles in a cove surrounded by the towering cliffs that line this part of the coast on the Algarve. Carvoeiro has seen much development over the years but still retains much of its natural charm.
