This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

Short-finned pilot whale (Globicephala macrorhynchus) calf surfacing next to its mother. Whales and dolphins dive to feed, coming to the surface for air. The short-finned pilot whale, which is found throughout the world's temperate and tropical waters, is actually a large dolphin. When born, a pilot whale weighs around 100 kilograms and feeds on its mother's milk. Later, it feeds on fish, squid and octopus, and can grow to 4 to 6 metres in length and a weight of 1.5 tons.
