Different shades of early morning light reflected on the flagstones of the ancient city of Dubrovnik, Croatia. Taller buildings to the left were already catching the reddish light of the sun which had just risen, contrasting with the early morning blue reflected from the sky.

The surface of these pavers looks wet though it may not be - I love the sheen and the way the light and tones shift slowly from warm to cool. Cool detail of the man pulling the cart you chose to include, too. This was one of my two pod's in the Best of Minimalism group for March 22.
