This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

About Donnie Smith
As a native and current resident of South Carolina's 'Lowcountry,' when I'm not at home I'm roaming around the mountains of western North Carolina. Although I have no formal photography training I do have a good eye for beauty and a desire to share it. We all have gifts - for some people it is singing, writing, teaching, or athleticism. At an early age, I was told to find my gifts and use them for God's glory and have found it in photography. I have always enjoyed nature, landscapes, and capturing the moment. Photography provides me an outlet to experience nature and God's handiwork and reveal that beauty in photos to His children.
