Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
Ever had a flock of pelicans approach as you were swimming or surfing in the ocean? Well, these guys certainly weren't shy in showing this surfer how to navigate the waves. It was a spectacular moment as the birds turned in towards the surfer, as if to ask, "Hey man, what are you doin' out here?" They seemed awfully confident as they glided by--the pelicans were really showing off as they patrolled by us.
