Real Painting Contest No Photographs No Digital Enhanced Photos or knock off paintings Real Paintings Only PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ... READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU ENTER.

TWO PAINTING PHOTOS ,TWO PHOTOS OF YOU ONE WITH WITH EACH PAINTING AND SO ON UP TO FIVE TOTAL WORKS FIVE TOTAL SELFIES

ARTIST CAN SUBMIT ONLY FIVE ENTRIES, BUT FIVE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF ARTIST IS REQUIRED WITH THOSE ENTRIES. SO PLEASE AGAIN ,I HAVE
TO KEEP REMOVING MEMBERS ARTWORK THAT I DONT WANT TO REMOVE
BECAUSE THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL PHOTOS WITH THE ARTWORKS OF
THE ARTIST WITH THE PAINTING . IT IS A VERY SIMPLE REQUEST.
I DON'T USUALLY TYPE IN CAPS BUT WANTED TO TRY AND GET MEMBERS
TO READ THIS,IT IS SIMPLE, READ THE RULES PLEASE?

IMPORTANT WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR ARTWORK. PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF ONLY FIVE ENTRIES MAXIMUM . EACH ENTRY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN EXTRA PHOTO MAKING TWO PHOTOS PER ENTRY. IF YOU ENTER FIVE PHOTOS ,THIS MEANS THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE A TOTAL OF TEN PHOTOS, IF YOU ENTER ONE ENTRY THAT MEANS YOU SHOULD HAVE TWO PHOTOS SUBMITTED,IF YOU HAVE THREE ENTRIES THIS MEANS YOU SHOULD HAVE SIX PHOTOS TOTAL THREE ENTRIES AND THREE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS .

IF YOU HAVE FOUR ENTRIES THIS MEANS YOU NEED FOUR ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF YOUR ENTRIES SUBMITTED AT THE SAME TIME GIVING YOU EIGHT PHOTOS IN ALL. I DO HOPE THIS IS CLEAR ENOUGH SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION ABOUT PHOTOS BEING REMOVED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PHOTOS TO ACCOMPANY THE ENTRIES. PAINTINGS ONLY... NO PHOTOGRAPHS, NO SKETCHES, NO DRAWINGS,NO TRACES,NO ANYTHING OTHER THAN PAINTINGS ACTUAL PAINTINGS WITH BRUSHES ,PAINT AND CANVAS ,,,,,NO ABSTRACTS ,REALISM ONLY !

In this time of digital paintings and digital enhanced photos that look like paintings I truly miss REAL paint and brush paintings .These paintings seem to take more skill and certainly more time to produce.

In this contest the rules are going to be different and there will be actual prizes and also recognition of the actual winners will be made public wherever I can make them public.

There is a catch to this contest.Below are the rules READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

Also if you submit anything that is even the remotest questionable it will be deleted immediately with no notification or explanation.

RULES

1. Each member can submit 10 images. With each image the painting must have an accompanying photo showing it being produced by you or in your home and signed by you ..That means if you submit 5 images you must have one additional image showing the painting being produced by you or at the very least a photo of you with the painting next to it on the wall. This means one submission one additional photo a selfie, if you have two submissions that means four photos total each submission must have an accompanying selfie photo with the painting in your home or gallery or wherever.
2. The painting must be something NOT ABSTRACT..it must be something recognizable like a person,place or items,but it must be painted to appear as real as it can be of said items,person or whatever but NO ABSTRACTS..they will be deleted.
We are going for the portrait painters or realist that paint.NO DRAWINGS,SKETCHES just PAINTINGS ONLY.. no others will be considered.
3.Member submitting photos must be able to prove 'only if ask' of proof that the painting is in fact your painting..and you in fact did paint it in a traditional way.

The following photo is an example of a painting in my home.It is me but not painted by me.. This painting was done as a gift to me but im using it here to for example of a real painting style..only one style.No solicitation to the judges please.This is grounds for disqualification.

Also I have been listed as part of the jury.I will not be part of the jury but cannot remove myself since this is a contest that I administer. But rest assured I have no say in the judging of any artworks.
