I totally agree, in my experience the more you look at the dark the darker it becomes, look to hope, light and love and life becomes a whole lot easier and happier!

Hi Jean, your pictures are lovely. I agree with you that uplifting visuals make a difference. If I had known about this group and contest earlier I would have entered my What's Upstairs digital painting since it is one of the props in the uplifting musical I wrote about schizophrenia.
