Horses - White And Windy

1. No Photographs.

2. Paintings and drawings only.

3. Horses must be white or 'read' as white and the mane and/or tail showing evidence of wind. The horse must be the main subject.

4. Images must meet FAA's museum quality print standards. No pixilation, blur, or exposed edges. 5. All images not complying to rules will be removed.
